Steps 5 to 6
Collecting joining details and documents
Candidates complete three stages and upload documents through their own link, valid for 24 hours.
Candidate onboardingType at least two letters.
Time savings and ROI
Enter your workload and how long each task takes today. The calculator compares it with fixed reference times for Hyper and shows hours, working days and the value of that time in US dollars or euros. Then preview your report and download it as a PDF.
Tasks a month × (your minutes − Hyper reference)
÷ 60 = hours back each month
Example with the starting values: 10 hires × (60 − 5 minutes) ÷ 60 = 9.2 hours a month spent collecting joining details. The reference times are illustrative assumptions, not measured results.
Where the time goes today
None of these takes long on its own. Repeated for every new joiner, every month, they add up to days of HR time a year.
Details and scans arrive over WhatsApp and email, in pieces, often across several messages.
Someone copies names, addresses, bank and ID details from those messages into a spreadsheet or HR file.
Offer and appointment letters are edited by hand from an old document for each new joiner.
A wrong bank code or a missing scan means another round of messages, then more retyping.
Contact details are typed in from each resume before the candidate can be added.
Typing mistakes, missing documents and unclear decisions are harder to price, so the calculator leaves them out.
How Hyper removes the work
The calculator only counts tasks Hyper actually changes. Each one maps to a step in the workflow, so you can check how it works before you trust the number.

Submitted details become the employee record after approval, so nothing is typed twice.

Letters are generated from versioned templates filled with the employee record.

HR flags the exact fields to fix, and the candidate reopens the form with earlier answers kept.

How it worksStep 1 · The calculator
Starting values are illustrative assumptions, not measured results; replace them with your own. Your numbers are only saved if you request the report or have accepted analytics.
Your estimate
With these inputs, your current process is faster than the Hyper reference times, so the estimate shows extra time rather than savings.
Value of HR time at $30 an hour. Hyper's own cost is not included, so this is not a net return on investment.
Preview your ROI reportAn estimate from your inputs and fixed reference times, not a guarantee.
For each task, tasks a month × minutes ÷ 60 gives the hours a month, once with your current minutes and once with the Hyper reference minutes. The difference is the time saved. If your current time is shorter than the reference, the difference is shown as extra time rather than hidden.
Fixed reference minutes with Hyper: collecting joining details and documents 5 per hire; retyping candidate details into hr records 0 per hire; preparing offer and appointment letters 5 per letter; chasing missing or incorrect details 0.10 per correction; adding candidates from resumes 2 per candidate. These are illustrative assumptions for a team using Hyper, not measured results from Hyper customers.
Each task's hours are rounded to one decimal, and the totals are added from those figures. Yearly figures are monthly × 12, and a working day is 8 hours. The value is hours × your HR cost per hour, in the currency you chose. Hyper's subscription and setup costs are not included.

Business value
Some benefits are real but hard to put a number on, so the calculator leaves them out. These are the ones teams usually notice.
Candidates send everything through one link instead of a string of messages to different people.
What the candidate submits becomes the employee record after approval, which leaves less room for copying mistakes.
Letters come from published template versions, so wording stays consistent and you can see which version each letter used.
Written interview feedback and the recorded reason for each decision stay on the candidate's timeline.
Candidates see what to keep ready, how long the link lasts and exactly what HR needs corrected.
Documents, assets and exits stay on the record, which helps when someone is rehired or asks for a relieving letter.

How to read the estimate, and what it does not include.
No. The result comes from the numbers you enter and from fixed reference times for Hyper, which are illustrative assumptions rather than measured customer results. Your actual savings depend on your process, team and setup.
The With Hyper times are fixed reference estimates for each task once Hyper handles collection, retyping and letter preparation. Keeping them fixed means every estimate is compared with the same baseline. Adjust your workload and your current times to fit your team.
Retyping drops to zero because submitted details become the employee record. The other tasks still need a person: someone issues the link, reviews each submission, checks letters and sends correction requests. Hyper shortens these tasks; it does not remove the people doing them.
US dollars by default, or euros. Switching converts your hourly cost, and every amount calculated from it, at the exchange rate shown next to the switch, which is the European Central Bank reference rate whenever it can be loaded. Your report records the rate it used. If no rate can be loaded, only US dollars are offered.
No. The money figure is the value of the HR time saved. Hyper's own subscription and setup costs are not included, so subtract them before treating the result as a return on investment. Ask for a quote in your walkthrough request.
