Privacy Notice for the Hyper Website

If you do not accept analytics

We count page views anonymously: the page address, the website that linked to it, and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer. We do not set an analytics cookie, store your IP address or link these counts to you.

If you accept analytics

We set a first party cookie with a random ID (kept for up to 12 months) and record:

the pages you visit, how long you stay and how far you scroll;
buttons and links you click, questions you open and forms you start;
numbers you enter in the time savings calculator, including the currency you choose;
where you came from (referring website and campaign tags such as utm_source);
your IP address, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone;
an approximate location (country, region, city and network owner) derived from your IP address, if location lookup is turned on.

We use this to understand which pages are useful and, if you later contact us, to see how you found Hyper. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or try to identify you before you choose to give us your details.

If you submit a form

We store what you enter (name, work email, company, phone, role, message and, for the ROI report, your calculator inputs and currency), the page you submitted it from, your IP address and browser for spam prevention, and, if you accepted analytics, your visit history. Your submission is sent to the Hyper team, including by Slack or email notification, so we can reply.

How long we keep it

Anonymous page counts	Until deleted by the Hyper team
Analytics visitor data	Up to 12 months after your last visit, or until you withdraw consent
Form submissions	As long as needed to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them

Your choices

Change your analytics choice at any time with . Withdrawing consent deletes the visitor data linked to your cookie.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics.
